    Boo! Hiss! Boo!

    I went here expecting to be blown away by the avant guard take on Asian cuisine. Do you know what I got? I don't have the words to articulate this foolishness.

    Staff: I got the rudest hostess that ignored me for 10 minutes. The wait staff was an improvement but considering it was a time that they weren't that busy, they didn't really know what to do with themselves. It seems as if they are highly unorganized.

    Food: I was excited to get the dry rub ribs, prawn fried rice and eggroll appetizer. Everything was overly salted with a smoky flavor. Do you remember that liquid smoke that a lot of male family members would add at the family Fourth of July bar-b-que back in the day? Well, I know where they keep the left overs...at PF Chang's. It was appauling. I needed to drink water to rinse the smoky taste out of my person. EVERYTHING had that damned smoke on it. It was just too much.

    I will give them points on the food being fresh. The vegetables in the rice were crisp, colorful and had that subtle sweetness that one would expect from fresh produce. It was the only saving grace. That and the water.

    Needless to say, I will not be back!

    Never Again: Sure the food is good, but the prices are high and the portions are small. That's not even the real issue. I have never had to consistently wait so long for a to go order. I never dare try to actually sit and eat at this place. I've gone home with cold food a mile from the restaurant and complained to the managers multiple times about the bad take out service.

    PF Chang is the best in the bay.: A place you will crave every now and then. The Lettuce Wrap is to die for and enviornment is the best......love it.
