I made contact with Katherine Bustamante months before the plan drop off date of my motorcycle . Then four weeks prior to drop off date I contacted her again and prepaid for the shipment of my motorcycle from Savannah to Germany . Had no problems until after they received the money .The money was paid through our credit card and I was even charged for a fee for using my credit card . Well , after paying for the shipping it has become a feat of Moses parting the Red Sea to get Mrs Bustamante to return numerous e-mails and phone calls made in concerns over the shipping date . The motorcycle even sat in the Savannah Warehouse for two weeks before they even posted as received .It was only posted as received due to continuous calls from Germany to Mrs Bustamnte . Which does get quite expensive after a while . Half the time she is not in YET ! Since shipping with Schumacher I started reading reviews and saw several complaints regarding the same issues I m having with the same person (Katherine Munoz) . Katherine told me before booking the shipping that from the time they received the motorcycle it would be arriving at it s final destination in six weeks ! That turned out to be a sales gimmick ! No way possible after Schumacher forgot the motorcycle was delivered two weeks earlier and they didn t even notice it . Schumacher you need to review Mrs. Bustamante s business practices because obviously I m not the only one experiencing this with Katherine Bustamante (Munoz) . Very very dissappointed with the service . I just want what is mine and the services I paid for .
