    This is an amazing culinary school with an impressive record. The first female and american to win the Best Young Chef in the World competition trained at this school. In addition, they fielded the first american culinary team to win the World Culinary Grand Prix in 2009. Their hot food team is going to the National Championships in August of 2010. This is a school with a great approach toward training their students with a very passionate and helpfull staff. If you are in the San Jose area and considering culinary school. I highly recommend a visit.
