Poor living conditions at 854 10th Ave in downtown San Diego, CA 92101. Tenants water will be shut-off on November 16th due to no payments made. One tenant notified the water company on Nov 6, 2009 to confirm a shut-off notice she received. Tenant feels, taken advantage of and has no place else to live until her housing goes through. The living conditions are unsuitable for the price of $699.00 monthly. Though complaint by tenant has been requested time and again, but nothing is done. Damages: (1) Bathroom w/toilet has stript hot water fawcett which does not work; toilet tips; wall cracked; ceiling leaks, medicind cabnit has no shelves; more... (2) Hot water in kitchen does not work at times; no light above k/sink. (3) Floor slants toward kitchen; (4) No heater (tenant purchased her own). (5) Has not accommondated special needs for disable resident (White/Yellow lines on front porch; (6) Has loose railings in back porch area; and (7) No use of mail box in hallway. There may be more, but I'm tired. However, manager of said apartment has not fixed one thing, and I want action since I've paid rent like was asked. I deserve fair treatment and be able to live as the rent is for that purpose. Manager/owner/agent seems not to care. What I do know is something fishy is going on and no one wants me to know about it, so they are trying to get rid of me. I'm going to see what can be done to have my accommondations met, my damages taken care of, and get things on track. Concern & Disappointed Tenant From Hell
