i went to John Tagge after having my 2nd child. i accomplished my goals, and made some great friends! I recommend their classes and personal training to anyone. They are very accomodating at any fitness level.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI would never go back to a chain gym after Tagge's. Friendly, personal, they really care about your health and fitness and they know you by name. You can't get better accountability than that! The trainers including John and Pierre are AWESOME! They give you a great work out and mix it up so it's not boring. Tagge's goes the extra mile to help you go there too!
