User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest shop out there. Even if you are not in Berkeley it will be worth it getting your bike to this shop. They do towing too. The people at BPM treat their customers like family and are always honest and ready to help. They go out of their way to make sure you and your bike leave satisfied.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI would have to agree with two of the other reviewers, about the owner of this shop being a bit rude and impatient if you have any questions about the work he did and charged for.
I left my bike with him, paid him money for it being returned with same problem and some obvious simple issues i found after i got it back which he overlooked, such as basic fluids not being filled properly, etc..
When paying money and trust to a mechanic, its not good business or personal respect for a shop to treat customers with impatience & rudely if / whenthey call with questions so we know what specific work and the results of such work or tests done are, such as experienced with the owner of this shop. He seemed like a nice guy at first, but paying money to get a bike back in same poor condition as before and be treated rudely when wanting to know what was done to it is not compelling to bring business back to them.-

Not too friendly.: I am used to motorcycle shops being very friendly and helpfull when you bring your bike in. Not here I guess, give us your money and leave kind of attitude.
