User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible, awful, unprofessional, unsympathic arrogant waitstaff and so-called manager and that was just the start. Traveled from the Bay Area to attend a graduation and these poor young adults chose this place - the food "buffet" - an all you can eat - was "issued" out one luke warm platter at a time, the potatoes skins were warm, the chicken wings were horrible and some not completely cooked, the chips with artichoke dips was ok. At a buffet all items are "presented" at one time - DIDN'T HAPPEN. I spoke with the manager at the end and with a arrogrant grin on his face he showed no sympathy. The young adults families were here from all parts of California - Fresno State is in the immediate vincinity - it appears that this establishment would go head over heels trying to please this "population". Nope, idiots, unprofessional,constantly had to be "approached" to do their jobs! - my husband's alcohol bill was supposed to be $6.05 in change and was given $6.04...and there was no RECEIPT printed after the person paying for a party of 13 at $17.50 per person a whoop was given the bill to sign. Again, idiots. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT DEALING WITH SUCH NONSENSE. DISGRACEFUL

I went to BJ's to celebrate my graduation with my co-workers for lunch and ended up having an awfull time. BJ's advertises its ability to accomidate large parties for birthdays, graduations, or get togethers. I reserved a table and notified them that it would be a large party. The service was terrible, it took forever to get our drinks and food. I had to get up and find our server just to ask for the check. When I found him, he did not split our check even though I told him from the begining that everyone is going to pay seperately. I asked him to split it but he said he couldn't. I had to stay 20 minutes after everyone left to split everything after he spoke to the manager. I will never go to BJ's even though I got a gift card as a gift, I will give it away rather than go back. I do not recommend this place. The food is great bu the service sucks. If you want to eat the food, order take-out.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe 2 stars is because the food is so freaking satisfactory an E for effort well the lack of defenitly. They i bought the pizzoki only for them to run out of the mouse and all they did was tell me but didnt make up for it in icecream or anything. Not only does the wait seem forever, but the people that serve the food if they do stop at your table by luck even though they've past your table numerous times while you sit with an empty glass they dont even return it to you for another 10 to 15 minutes. this isnt only a one time experience i try to have faith with other servers but they tend to all be failures i have had one good server so she got a dollar tip. They'll earn when they earn my trust back. but anyways go there i guess when it first opens because if you go at night (which is when the slackers appear) you might get your food soon.

Why don't you learn how to spell before you make a comment like this. Maybe if you tipped more than a dollar, you would get better service.
server09 maybe you and everyone else did a better job you'd get an actual tip. You put on a white shirt and think you deserve a tip for serving food, how about the cooks dont you think they deserve it more or the people that work at fast food they actually have to do the stuff quickly and accurate not drag their feet and get it to the customers in a bad time. If you work for BJ's, remember this isnt the first time theres been a disappointment from a customer.
