Wal-Mart Supercenter 1 Hour Photo

I love this Walmart!! The customer service is better than any of the local Walmarts I've visited/shopped! I purchased a halloween costume for my 3 year old daughter at the Walmart on 94th/Sheridan in Westminster on October 30th. There were only size 7/8's left, and the purpose for this second costume was due to the unusually warm weather we were going to have this Halloween. My daughter really liked the fire fighter costume with the helmet and axe, and couldn't wait to wear it! Unfortunatly, I noticed a defect in the costume underneath one of the sleeves. I called the original store of purchase plus the store on Grant St. in Thornton, and was told I couldn't exchange or return my costume with or without a receipt! I was not going to take that as the final answer, so I checked this website and saw that the Broomfield location received some of the highest ratings, as I have shopped their before I gave them a call. Thankfully,even without my original receipt and with nothing more than the facts from my story the manager excepted my exchange and had the costume waiting for me at costumer service-no questions asked! It was only then that I noticed signs aligning the customer service counter that read "All costume sales final". I was unaware of this policy before making my purchase at the first Walmart, and called them to express my concerns. I may not purchase another costume from Walmart, but if I do it'll be in Broomfield only!

This is the only WalMart store I will shop in. First of all handicapped or nearby parking is always easy to find, especially with my handicapped son and mother. The greeters are genuine and carts are always available. There is no blasting music, this store has benches throughout the store so my mother and son can take a short rest if needed since they are both handicapped. The store is clean, the help is great and the shelves always stocked.
I travel much further just to come to this particular store.
Also, as a hispanic shopping in what seems to be a store where there are mostly caucasians, people don't blink an eye, are nice and considerate and I've been to several other WalMarts that just don't have an A+ rating as this one.
We get what we need and the checkout lines are never anything like the other WalMart stores. We get out in a timely manner.
Hats off to all who keep this store running smoothly.
I recommend this location to everyone I talk to, especially those who complains about the other WalMarts.
I think it's a great store without all the noise, rudeness and long lines.
