He serviced my mother's car, and would not provide her warranty company with proof of the service.
Everytime I call, to request the documentation, he hangs up the phone. When he doesn't hang up the phone, he is very rude and goes in circles about why he doesn't have to provide any documentation on services that he provided!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! ! ! ! !
They do not deserve consumers to spend their money. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received.
