User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsLabor Day, 2009, our internet modem quit working. We were in the midst of rescuing one dog & arranging for the adoption of another & needed the internet to accomplish both. Bright House was totally unable to arrange for repair until the following day so I had to go to Walmart to buy a replacement modem...$64. Bright House had repair technicians out but would not allow me to meet one for a new modem. This is not the first such incident I've had with this company. Oh, I'd give them an 8 on service but they're certainly not a 10!

must be from brighthouse, DirecTv gives big ten network free to its customers
I love the local staff at Bright House they are always polite and courteous. They quoted me the wrong installation price, but Bright House stood behind what they said without question and did not try to rush through the job.
