User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKilwin's - good stuff under the green canopy: There's really good stuff under that green canopy on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. A must stop for ice cream or chocolate lovers. The store has a quaint mom and pop feel to it and one of those cool display windows in the front where you watch the chocolate marshmallows being made. I visited the sister store in Highlands, North Carolina many times as a young girl and it's great as well. Each store has some sort of local ice cream flavor so look for that too. You won't have any trouble finding the place - you can smell the chocolate about a block away - two if there's a nice ocean breeze.
