User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a dell laptop from these people less than a year ago. i called today to ask a common question about the speakers and couldn't even get through. Finally got through on the fourth try and spoke to someone who was clueless, he then gave me to a geek squad guy named RYAN who was vaguely any help. I then asked if i could have the DELL phone number and he told me that they did not have it, even though they sell dell computers. He said he would have to look it up the same as me, but he did not offer to do so. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Like if you could turn an online electronics website into a walk in store where you just better know about what you're buying ahead of time, you'd get Destin Best Buy. Customer service is hindered because these guys get paid squat. I waited 2 hours to buy a laptop and the employee couldn't find the thing in inventory, couldn't sell me the floor model, couldn't hold one for me, told me to come back next Tuesday when the store opened. Flat out terrible, Best Buy could hire me to do consulting and I would turn this store around within 2 months. The women look awesome in this store though. Hate to say but the only reason I go back is to chat with those lovely women employees. I've had multiple times of terrible customer service except for one time I had an actual gamer help me pick out a graphics card (he was the exception).
