Braden River High School

I go to Braden River High School, and I am not really impressed with it. They expect you to be a college graduate to pass the ninth grade, and they run it like a concentration camp. I went to Johnson Middle School last year, I was in the science programs, and made fairly good grades, except in math. Here, they don't explain anything to you, and still expect you to pass. The Int. Math/Algebra teacher (Mr. Mountford) doesn't do anything to explain the work to you and is rude to everybody. I didn't understand substitutions in Intensive Math, asked him for help, and he went, "How stupid can you be? We went over this, and if you don't understand, you must be very slow". The Drafting teacher isn't very convincing, either. He told us that out of some eighty odd students he has, fifty seven of them are failing, and he doesn't know why. I know several students that are going to fail the ninth grade, and some of them went to Johnson with me, and were involved in TSA, and the science programs. I strongly advise parents not to send their son or daughter to BRHS.
