User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never experienced such uprofessionalism and just plain meaness as I did at this establishment. Not only was I overcharged, held hostage, lied to, and disrespected, my transmission is still bad. I did not go back to this place to have them fix it.
The manager Eric will be in jail soon if he is not already since I have left. His ethics and dishonesty will catch up to him. He threatened me on more than one occaision about asking the progress on my car. I am very non-threatening myself. He lied to me and told me he would have my car ready and when I went there it was not. He locked the doors and hid on me first. No one left happy with their service while I was there. I felt so bad for people.
I can tell you that the only person I have ever hated is that Manager Eric Levanti. He will rot in hell.
Please go to another business. I have heard that the other Manufactured Transmissions are good, just please do not go to the one in Saint Cloud.-

Eric Leavono in St. Cloud was very helpful. He and his company did a great job with my 02 Honda Accord. I can see now why there are so many letters of appreciation on the walls on the shop while you wait. Great shop, great guys, great job on the repair and price and outstanding customer service.

they didnt work with me at the time of est they said they
could install a newly remaufactured trans but no
when i ask if they could put what i wanted they said they
could only fix the leaks . disrespectful and they only arguded
with me . be careful ask around first

I went to these guys and they were so good to me and my daughter! They answerd the phone on a Sunday, towed our car from near Lakeland on a Sunday, gave us a good price, fixed the transmission instead of trying to sell us a new one, got it done fast and I have had no problem with it. Eric even called us 2 weeks later to see if we were happy with this whole exp. Great Customer Service.
