This restaurant is excellent, definitely find the time to check it out. I'm not a food critic, but I know good food. I'll just say, I've come in from New Orleans twice in the past 3 months. The pizza and the staff are incredible. I've met both of the owner's (Deanna and Ted), their professionalism & hospitality is second to none. My first visit was Aug 08, I discovered the Tuscan Oven while in town, due to Hurricane Gustav. I returned again in Nov 08. This place is top notch. Clean restaurant, friendly atmosphere, geared toward those who appreciate quality. The cost of a meal is on par with any other business that uses quality ingredients and retains a staff that understands the concept of customer service.

How can I express properly in words the amazing experience we had dining at the Tuscan Oven. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, and prompt service. The quality of food was far above anything we expected. Definitely a taste sensation!
Having read the other reviews, I can not comprehend how anyone could write anything negative about this place. The person must have been having a bad day! We found the cleanliness and service to be outstanding! This ia a must go spot!
