This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. My mother died July 19, 2009 and we still have not recieved the death certificates nor have we recieved her remains and it is September 9, 2009.

I was told August 6 that the death certificates were sent but when we checked the Health Department they said they did not get the requet until August 18....so they lied. Every time we call there is another excuse as to why we have not recieved the death certificates or her remains.

We now have a lawyer dealing with them.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

Brock's Funeral Home was great for my grandma's service. They did have some mistakes but, who is perfect??? NO BODY!!!!! The only thing that I didnt like was that at the end of the funeral you know how they put like a little index card thing that says who the person is and when they died. Well my grandma doesn't have one but that is ok. Nobody is perfect.

I JUST SAW THE PICTURE OF MY BROTHER IN LAWS GRAVE.(HENRY PARISH). THIS IS UNCALLED FOR. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH SINCE HES BEEN THERE IT LOOKS BAD. I WILL NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. Rusty Beck Pasadena,Texas
