    Guitarplaza is very helpful. I went into their store and wanted an M-200 FM. They showed me everything about the guitar and i had no problem purchasing it. A few months later one of the strings broke. i went and they fixed it right away

    Just make sure that if you put money down on a guitar order and then decide to cancel the order, you will never get your money back. I lost $1,071.50 that they would not refund. They will not return my phone calls, emails, or my request for my refund. They will give you a continuous runaround with someone named Amber who could give a care less whether you your refund is given or not! I would never buy from them and would warn anyone to beware purchasing from them because they will not make good if you withdraw your order. I ordered an ESP from them with the promise that it would be delivered in February, but it did not make it until the end of March. I decided I did not want it and the money I paid down was never refunded. Buyers Beware of Guitar Plaza. Thumbs down to you guys for not refunding my money and not returning my calls or emails!!!

    hello at guitarplaza if u order a guitar u have to have a 50% deposit. you cant order the guitar and then not decided to purchase it because now we are stuck with it
