This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Gainesville. We always get great service and excellent food. However, make sure you go to the retaurant off of Tower Rd and not the one on 13th St. They're 2 totally different El Norteno's. Oh yeah, they have BOGO coupons in circulars around town and have always taken them when I brought them in.

Eating there again tonight. Our family of 4 has eaten there at least 5 times in the last two years. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. We have always had good service...not excellent, but no real complaints. The kitchen has always been quick. It's not the best authentic Mexican food in the area, but it's quite good. A place we enjoy more is the little place at the main interesection in Archer. Talk about good food!
