User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWell Very nice at first, but when you decided to go with another company, men they get upset true colors come out, very mad people when they lose a customer, but Iâm glad I donât have them anymore. I didnât shop around for better rate. But I found one and decided to change, they charge me $30.00 for picking up and cleaning the trash can. They call me and drove me crazy about the $30 I made them wait about two month.

Greatest trash company we have ever had. We have been with Liberty for a little over 6 months the guys go above and beyond to make sure they put the can back where they got it from. Office staff is a joy to deal with. They take everything for recycling, also very knowledgeable about recycling. It is a requirement in Cobb County to offer recycling it is NOT a requirement for that hauler to recycle it. They provided me the phone number of the recycling plant so we could call and check them out. They even provided us a can to put recycling in with a green lid, and a recycle calendar so we know when to put recycling out. GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE.

I don't rate them higher because they are inconsisitent with pick up times/days and beware of the $30.00 cancellation fee if you are changing to another company. They really cost more than other companies and are not special. ASK about the cancellation fees and get the agreement in writing/email. They will not warn you about their price increases. BEWARE.

I cancelled and they are trying to get the $30 from me. But I never signed a contract so guess what they are not getting the $30 form me.
