   I thought Liberty was great for the first year. Then they decided to pick up the recycling every two weeks and not send any reminder on which weeks they pick up. When we called to ask we were told they didn't know which weeks we were one. So we went out of town and forgot which week we were on when we came back so I sent the recycling out to be on the safe side and proceeded to watch the trash truck dump it. Then when I decided to go with another company that was less expensive with weekly recycling, Liberty said they would match the price; I said okay! Great!. Two weeks later, Liberty stopped picking up our trash all together. I called and asked why and was told I had called and canceled the account. I said yes I did however I was told they would match the price and canceled the cancellation. I decided to stay canceled and went with Cycleworks because they are a lot cheaper and pick up recycling weekly and recycle as many products as Liberty because they dump the same place. I was told I would receive a refund within 6 weeks; it has been 8+ weeks and still no check in the mail. Their drivers and crew may be the only competent people working there. The office staff are clueless, borderline retarded.

   The service is spectacular! The employees work hard and are extremely friendly. Garbage day is no longer dreaded in our household.

   Just wanted to comment on the two men that picked up at our home this morning. I had forgot to take out a bag and when I heard the truck. I went downstairs to take it out and met the two men and and one asked if I had anything else for them to take off. To be honest, I was very suprised and impressed by the two young men. You are doing a great job. thanks,
