   This place was DIRTY!!! Ants in the couch.THE couch were you eat your (spa luches). the pedicures you get are done by people that are not even nail tech. or sometimes not even cosmos. They have thier massage therapists and estheticians painting nails. Sometimes you don't even get your nails filed or the cuticle pushed back.I don't now what these other reviews are talking about.. not a good EXPERIENCE at ALL!!!!!!!!

   this is the best spa i have been to! they offer a variety of services, except hair, which is nice to be able to go and enjoy a pedicure, facial or massage or whatever, without the background sound of blowdryers and such. they go to great levels of sanitation and you know the foot tubs are clean because they do it right in front of you. and they also send everything from the mani and pedis home with you, the scrubber thing, cuticle pusher, file, polish, that way you can do touch ups if need be. they also use professional quality products. i will definately be going back for more services and will recomend ville to all my friends! they can also do big groups and you can get lunch with your pedicures!

   I visit Ville Day Spa in Ames Iowa on a regular basis. I travel and have had many spa experiences. Ville Day Spa is a very professional, extremely clean spa. The staff goes above and beyond for service. I am very surprised by these previous comments because you are asked how the services were and you sign a form consenting that waxing services were acceptable. Their Italian decor is stunning. Ville Day spa sets the standards for an upscale spa. I like the idea that it does not include hair services. Many salons call themselves spas when they are actually hair salons doing a few spa services. There are not many spas that can accomodate groups or couples. Ville Day Spa has this to an art. I am proud that Ville Day Spa started in Ames Iowa and I have been told that they have now franchised. You do not grow to that level without outstanding business practices and a true concern for their clients. In response to the negative comments, their might have been an issue, every business has them, but let management know and I know that they will make it right. I highly recommend Ville Day Spa.
