User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just want to take a minute to let you know that I received a meat package that was just awful. When I purchased the meat the representatives explained and reassured me that if for any reason that I was unsatisfied with any of the products that Iowa Steaks would either replace or return the unwanted meat. The meat was neither tasty nor eatable. I tried several times to contact the rep to explain that I was not satisfied with the meat and that I would like to either exchange or return the products. On my final attempt to resolve the situation I left a detailed message instructing them to pick up the meat. I still have 90% of the meat package in my freezer waiting for someone to pick up. I then proceeded to cancel payment because I refuse to pay for something that is just not acceptable. On top of being lied to regarding the product and quality. My experience with your company was nothing but unprofessional.
None the less, I was then sent to collections for the remaining balance of $132. I think that this is just absurd and needs to be taken care of. If anything I should be reinstated for the full amount paid to Iowa Steaks. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Iowa Steaks contacted me regarding this issue to resolve as quickly as possible.

Hey rotten meat. Can we talk about this review you put up? Im going through the same thing right now with them. They will not call me back and I even put a stop payment on my check but they sent it to a collector. On the back of there receipt it clearly says that if they dont pick up the meat within 20 days the consumer can dispose of or keep the product. I have cell phone records and I called them 11 times to come get the meat. I did get home one day and it looked like they tried once but i wasnt home. They left a note saying that I can call to reschedule and so I did 7 TIMES!!! They neer tried to come out again and sent my check to collections. I called 11 times within the 20 days that I had to return the meat. I called them and they said and I quote ( What you expect us to come out 20 times) I said no but the back of you receipt doesnt say you wont! I have gotten a lawyer to solve this. We cant write any checks since they sent it to a collector and they flagged our account. Please email me if you get the chance. My email is mike-robinson1@hotmail.com
