I want to congadualte you on your purchase of P-N-P. It is a good location.
I do have a few issues I would like to bring to your attention though.
If I were you I would be looking into the management of this store.
Is it the purpose to satisfy the customers? Everytime I come into this store the manager is flirting with the delivery men and the men customers and ignoring her other purposes in the job.
Why is thhere always 4 to 5 people working on days and only 2 at night? And whith these 4 to 5 people on days don't you think that some of the side work could be done. Like the fountain machine is filled with ice, the garbage out side is emptied and that the dumpsters are not overflowing and falling on hte ground. Then don't you think that since you make pizza's that you should always have the ingredients we customers ask for for the pizza we order. Most of the time when I order I get told that they are always out of something. Isn't the managers job to make sure they have these things. Then when I go to the cooler there are always so many empty shelves in there. Does this mean that they don't have the product! They probably do have the product but those 4 to 5 people on days just stand around most of the time joking around and flirting. Then I noticed when they leave they have crates and garbage every were aren't they responsible to take there own trash out instead of leaving it for the night shift.
I want to applaude the night shift 2 people all the time they realy work hard trying to get there jibs dine plus having to clean up after the day shift is this fair. I don't think so. Your night shift is always very helpful and curtious to us costomers and they do there best to keep us happy and take care of our needs.
I would also like to know why is it that the management team doesn't work any nights or weekend. It would be nice if someone from management was there once in awhile to see what is going on at night and get there hands wet with this issue.
Then when the employee trys to get a hold of the manager at night she can't to answer a customers question or if there was a problem at the store. They never can get ahold of the manager at night why is this?
I prefer to come in at night do to the better service. Maybe you might be having a problem with the management helping out with these issues.
Now that P-N-P has closed your business has pick up and still only have 2 people at night and 4 to 5 on days. The night shift does need help when they have a line alll the way past the coolers of people waiting to check out or picking up pizza's. They nights do need some help so they can keep up with this demand and days needs to start doing there part to make sure nights is fully preped for there shift.
I hope you make some changes before you make you move to your new location it would be a realy wise choice to please us customers. we like to go into a store get what we need and get out thats why its called a convienient store. We don't like waiting for them to find product for us or just tell us that they are out try again next week when we get our next order.
Well I have said enough and I hope some changes are made before you move It would be a realy nice store if there were changes made in the management.

    Thank You for listening.
