Very good burrito: The food was very good. It is not like an authentic mexican burrito but more of that trendy, chef is going crazy on public television Saturday morning cooking show, burrito. It tastes great and the burrito is large. The service is quick and sort of Subway/cafeteria style. There are a few tables if you wanted to hang around but it isn't really a dining experience. Makes sense being next to ISU. If you want to grab a quick lunch, this is the place.

I'll be back soon: I went to Flying Burrito in my quest for an Iowa replacement for my beloved Chipotle. I've tried a number of burrito places, and it's become increasingly rare to find what I'm looking for. Flying Burrito, though, met my expectations. The food was fast, hot, and no one ingredient stuck out as sub-par. They give you an excellent selection of items, including three tortilla styles, various meats, three sour creams, and the normal selections of salsa, cheese, rice and others. I was particularly impressed by the chipotle sour cream, I highly recommend you use it on any burrito you try. It's been hard to find good meat at burrito places, and Flying Burrito comes in the top three of all the places I've tried, they're well marinated and flavored, while many places have a tendency to leave the meats bland, flavorless and over cooked from sitting in trays on the serving line for to long. In addition, the staff has been friendly each of the times I visited, and wait times have been short even during the lunch hour. If you're looking for a big and tasty burrito customized the way you want it, this should be among the first on your list to try.
