   The W 19th location thinks nothing about making a customer wait 2 hours before taking the customer's car into shop, and this IS with an appointment, I ripped Ryan about it, a month later I waited 90 minutes before my car was driven into the shop in which I ripped Mike about it, in these (2) instances neither Ryan or Mike thought it was necessary to notify the waiting customer. I refuse to ever go to the Gordon Drive local. I set up an appointment for a Saturday and even asked them how late they were open on this particlar appointment date of Saturday they said 4PM, but when I went in , I was told by the owner himself that I was 24 hours late and could figure out why 4PM was the closing time suggested by their person on the phone for their supposed Friday appoitnment, wouldn't admit they were wrong, he then preceded to tell me that they could work on my truck during the course of the day, but had no clue how to tackle it even though I had the very part in hand. I then went to Square Tire on Hamilton they promptly fixed my heater in 30 minutes with no appointment. Square Tire told me Tires Tires Tires was trying to replace a part that wasn't the faulty part in hand.

   I personally like the one on Gordon drive..They have never steered me wrong..GREAT PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Either you work for them or you are Hispanic. They fall all over Hispanics because they have cash in hand. From other poor souls who I've talked to, they have had the same experience as I. DON'T GO THERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE.

   Don't waste your time or money going to this rip off joint. I had them replace a section of exhaust and since I didn't need to whole thing. They ran a screw driver threw the muffler. I inspected my exhaust before and after. They should be reported to the BBB. Best advice- STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
