User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYes, this place is a scam. I spent $40 washing in the "big" machines and the attendent told me that I had "free" drying. Well, I had 15 minutes of free drying when I used 5 machines to wash. Needless to say that he told me, I needed to put more money on the card. How in the heck do you tell me I have free drying when my clothes didn't even get dry.
I throw a fit of course and I walked out of there with damp clothes. I have the phone number of the manager and I am going to the community newspaper about this place.-

They also have ROACHES, and when I informed the attended he stated- People bring them in, went there today thinking they might have thought to correct the problem...........THINK AGAIN
AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CLOTHES BEFORE LEAVING!!!!!!!!!!!! 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi am very furious,this place uses a card system that stores your money on a card which you use to start the washers and dryers. i washed there a little over aweek ago and i should have had $11 dollars and some change left on my card. on my next visit when i went to use the card it showed that there was no money left on the card and i know what i had on my card. when i talked to the attendant about the problem she said there was nothing she could do, i would just have to put more money back on the card in order to wash. a lady there washing told me that what they don't tell you is if you don't use it by a certain time they keep your money. thats a lot of money they're stealing. Laundry World is a rip off and their prices are way too high. I guess thats how this place stay in business. they don't have to worry about me coming back.
