User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible experience. Nothing about this was good. Service was lacking. Food was undercooked. Pasta was hard on one dish and way over done on another. They say it's fresh cooked, but I guess that's just an excuse for all the problems that can occur. When I asked to speak with a manager the server said he was busy with another guest. Guess I wasn't the only one with a problem that night. Left a tip, because I think you should, but will never go back.

Having visited Chicago and the surrounding cities for the first time, everyone had recommended Biaggi's. I was NOT let down! I begged my husband to eat their at least one meal a day! I was hooked. You cannot go wrong w/ any of the items on their menu. Yes, it is ala' carte as one reviewer stated BUT the entree's, sides, dessert- everything is SUPER sized which leaves plenty to share! Can't wait to get back!

Grace, you spelled "there" wrong and you must be visiting from somewhere that only has "Chili's" and "Olive Garden". This place had quality staff, but nothing else going for it.

Based on your reviews and comments you are a VERY negative person. Do everyone a favor and let them speak their minds and form their own opinions, or shall we all bow down and call you Queen? Do what you will but don't bash people based on what their opinion of a place is. The "Bar" in the suburbs are not as low as you are my dear.
