Fantastic Sams

We got a chain of this salon near by and I love the service and people work there are friendly and I got a discaount if I come in "THURSDAY".

I had them cut my hair in a bob. It was suppose to be straight across and when I got home one side was longer than the other. I ended up straightening it out myself.

This was the WORST experience of my life!!!: I'm graduating on Sunday and yesterday had 9" cut off my hair. Amy made me feel very at ease. She is a very good stylist and a bubbly, friendly, person! I'm going back Sunday morning to have her style it for my cap! What a wonderful experience! Thanks again Amy!!

I SPOKE TO SOON!

Sunday I went back to have Amy style my hair before my graduation and my experience could not have been any worse. First of all Friday I asked Amy when she came in to work. She said noon' I said I would be there then, she said great.."I'll see you then" Sunday moring I called and said that my rehersal started at 1:00 maybe I should make it 12:30 so I could go straight to the convention center from the shop. I was told that would be fine. Amy wasnt in yet but she would let Amy know as soon as she got there. I proceded to finish getting ready for my graduation. I had a brand new dress, shoes and jewelry, I was so excited and couldnt be happier! This was going to be one of the best days of my life. Nothing was going to bring me down. Nothing that is except for Fantastic Sams. I arrived for my 12:30 appointment and was told it would be a 45min to 1 hour wait. I protested that I had an appointment with Amy for 12:30. (I'm not sure of the name of the lady that I talked to, however Amy stood behind her the entire time and never spoke a word (what a coward)) I was informed that Fantastic Sams doesnt offer appointments they only take first come first serve. I protested again that this was my GRADUATION, I could not go like I looked, I made an appointment, PLEASE fix my hair. Their only option was to wait 45 mins or so and then they would be able to help me. I left the store in tears!!! now what. I cried my eyes out. I couldnt go all the way home and fix it myself I would miss my graduation. So, I reapplied my freshly ruined make up and ran a brush through my hair. (I had a cute style however if it isnt styled it is very choppy and not attractive at all.) Remember, I cut 9" off my hair and every one asked about it. I told them all about my experience at Fantastic Sams and how terrible it was. I will never be back. My three children will never be back. If I can help it no one that I know will come to your shop.

Thank you Fantastic Sams for runing my very special day. Ill never trust any of your shops again!!!
