My family and I used to frequent this establishment least once a month, until February 17, 2009.
First, we found out that some of the waitresses had not received a pay check for several months; they have been getting by on their tips, alone. Yet, the illegal Mexicans in the kitchen have been getting paid in cash, EVERY WEEK!
Second, the waitresses, as of February 24, 2009, still had not received their W-2 forms so they could prepare their taxes.
Third, one of the waitresses (the best one they had) asked for some of the money due her so that she could go see her husband graduate from boot camp. The owner locked the door of the office and told her he would pay her if she had sex with him. Needless to say she walked out and will not go back!
The Indiana State Labor Board, the IRS, and Immigration and Naturalization Services, have been notified in this matter.
AVOID THIS PLACE, PERIOD, UNLESS YOU WISH TO SUPPORT ILLEGAL EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES, CHEATING EMPLOYEES OUT OF WAGES DUE, AND A CROOKED, ADULTEROUS OWNER!
(I WONDER IF HIS WIFE KNOWS WHAT HE'S UP TO AT WORK?)
Also, it's quite disturbing that officers from the Albion Police Department the Noble County Sheriff Department regularly frequent this establishment, yet they don't check into the illegal immigrants employed there! (The fact that the kitchen staff are all illegal is pretty much common knowledge in the Albion area!) So much for our local Law Enforcement Officers!
From the Scriptures regarding this estabishment:
⢠And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. - Ephesians 5:11 (New King James Version)
⢠But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. - Colossians 3:25 (King James Version)
⢠Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.[a] - James 5:4 (New King James Version)
([a]. James 5:4 Literally, in Hebrew, 'Hosts')

Haven't had anything there I didn't like: The food is good, how ever the help is slow.
