   Don't shop here!!!: Today, July 23rd 2006, my mother was shopping at Burlington Coat Factory in Indianapolis. If it wasn't for the cashier laughing at her accent she would have purchased my nephews school clothes. If a store like Burlington Coat Factory can't hire respectable people for a customer service position I don't recommend shopping there. My mother is from Thailand. She has been in America over twenty-five years and has a slight accent. She left Burlington Coat Factory crying because of this rude cashier. I immediately called Burlington and asked to speak to customer relations. The manager told me she would have a talk to the cashier. So there it is. Burlington Coat Factory loses a loyal customer, my mother is upset and crying, and the cashier gets talked to. Does that punishment sounds extreme enough to keep that cashier from being rude to another customer? I don't think so. The manager didn't sound interested in handling the situation anyways. So along with my mother I'm not interested at shopping at this store again. I would recommend that to anybody that reads this. Please, try to brighten peoples day's you don't know what they have been through...

   I had a similar incident, I really dont want to elaborate on it but I would like to suggest you hire people with customer service background.Lately it seems that the sales help/cashiers has been very unprofessional.
