    There is a long list of rules/terms given to each tenant, but there is no backbone to enforce them. This park is usually a disgrace with trash, litter, broken down vehicles, loud music, louder domestic disputes, dogs running loose, unsupporvised kids/teens running anywhere. The filthy language from these kids is only bested by that of their parents.
