User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFor the rare occasion occurs that I don't eat at J's Carry Out in Emporia, I choose Casa Ramos. Emporia has no shortage of Mexican eateries, but this one is a stand-out. Great food, service, and empoyees that know how to take care of customers. Good margaritas to wash it al down too, except that you stand a good chance of not finishing all of your food due to the more than fair proportions. That is an added benefit as you typically wak out with the following day's lunch as well.
