User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery disappointed! We waited to be seated for 50 min. Waitress took our drink order and didn't have that correct. We then ordered our food and three other booths/tables came in, got seated, got their order, paid and left and we still didn't have our food. The waitress kept saying "Your ticket is up next or Your food is coming up now, etc. We ended up waiting over 1 hr. just to get our food. The only good thing about the food was the rolls. Our main course meal was not good; steaks were burned; chicken fried chicken was spicey for some reason and another person ordered meatloaf which was burned on the outside edges. By the time we finally left it was after 11:00 p.m. Will not recommend this TX Roadhouse to anyone. P.S. Ate at one in Detroit, MI and it was fantastic. Sorry Wichita!

I have been trying to call for call ahead seating for a half an hour. The phone just rings and rings and no one answers or it rings busy. What is the point of having it if you are not going to answer? I guess we will go to Timberline. The food is always good at Texas Roadhouse but not worth an hour or two wait.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe went on a Sunday night and did call ahead so our wait was minimal. The service was quite good but the rest of our experience was poor to say the least. We placed our order and after 15 minutes they informed us that they were out of the prime rib due to miscommunication. Do they not tell the servers when they are out? That is ridiculous! So we re-ordered which caused a longer wait for our food and when it did arrive, 4 of the six orders either had the wrong side dishes or had side dishes missing or steaks cooked incorrectly. Your money is better spent going to Logans Roadhouse.
