Overall experience was complete dissatisfaction. To start with, the food was barely marginal. The delivery person was very rude and not helpful at all. He refused to give me a receipt for my purchase which I found very strange. A few days later I was checking my bank statements and found that I was charged three times for the purchase. I called the store and talked to Joey, a manager, and was given multiple excuses as to why this happened and was told that the problem would be rectified. Two weeks later, the problem has still not been resolved.
At this point, I have contacted my credit card company and made a fraud report, notified the BBB, and a small claims lawsuit is pending. Although the amount of overcharge was small (about $35), the lack of customer service and disregard for the security of personal credit card information has prompted me to legal action.
I urge customers to discontinue business with this company.

Well lets just start by saying no one likes a cry baby, i have had good and bad experiences with Food! and never once at spinellis have i had a bad experience, and that i get a receipt with every purchase, thats how u pay ur bill, they give u the bill which is ur receipt, and maybe they made a mistake but, sometimes the credit card machine messes up, its not the businesses fault.. and the servers have always been great and helpful.. i drive from indiana to eat there atleast 2 times a week... best pizza i have ever had... and as far as the bbb... yeah thats a waste of time.. i guess if ur that un happy stay home and make urself something to eat.. atleast then it how you want it,
I agree with you Chris C...the person who left a bad comment should really understand that sometimes stuff happens...it's called life..hehehe .....Their pizza is the best!! I just had it for the first time last night and the delivery driver (wish I knew his name) was really courteous....and the pizza ...well yum!! So to anyone reading reviews...you can't always go by what people say..sometimes they might not have had the best perception and just because of a mistake (which happens) the customer is not always right!!
