   Customer service was surprisingly poor. I had called earlier in the day to get information on a product and was told the store still had a few of the off-season items in the store. When I went in later in the day, I was told the products were no longer available. No one made any effort to try and search for the items. I felt, there was a big spender in the store who was getting the necessary attention. I found the item I was in search of and was happy to purchase it - a gift for a friend with a newborn. But I was very disappointed with the lack of service. Apologies were given, but I had already felt quite slighted.
