This spectacular Haitian restaurant has a lounge area along with VIP. The banane pesay is is off the hook. This restaurant also gives an electic vibe and they arent selfish wuth the amounts of food they give. This is a great place for all to go to, especially if youre not trying to run into some prejudice people. Much love, berdi :)

The decor has a contemporary elements mixed with global influences stretching from locales such as The Cheese Cake Factory, Restaurant 33. It’s a simple and sleek place along with vibrant and colorful spaces which offers an oasis of comfort. This ingenious masterpiece can also be transformed to cater the elite and their colleagues. Tamboo is a place where you can truly experience the true essence of social life. And the food is outstanding. I had a lot of fun with all my girls from NY. They can wait to come again. And the DJ was of the hook. He played a true blend of hip, up tempo, high energy and danceable music mix which created a fun and memorable experience for all of us. He should have his own cd for sell. The only disappointment is that party ended at 2. Keep up the good work

I wwanted to try Tamboo just so i could leave a review about it. I sampled their dining today on a wednesday afternoon on my lunch break, around one to be exact. The place was dead and spacious, but i wasnt concerned with the lack of crowd. The waitress was nice and seated me swiftly. Within minutes i ordered and sat patiently awaiting my meal. I ordered from the lunch menu (dinner menu also avail)and picked out shrimp and ravioli alfredo with added sun dried tomatoes. Simple dish i know, but im on an hour stop watch, so simple and quick was all i had. I quickly browsed the other items and they had a mouth watering ensemble of creative dishes to choose from at a reasonable price. My total was 12.50, with no drink or appetizer. My food was on a lovely heart shape lookn plate, abstract but elegant. At first th eportion seemed kinda skimpy and it wouldnt have hurt to have added as many shrimp and ravioli as they did the sundried tomatoes, but my tummy afterwards said other wise. The presentation was great and aside of the lack of people, the atmosphere relaxing for an in between work break. i noticed they sat me and another couple in the same area (in front of the wide windows) to attract onllokers i suppose. Smart move for advertising on a slow day. So after my meal, i was full, content and sleepy. It was well worth the trip and i anticipate another afternoon there for lunch. Maybe even for happy hour! My only suggestion.... BRING FRIENDS unless you enjoy eating alone in a spacious dim lit room. Kudos to Brocktons hidden jewel ;)
