review from a geek working for computer geeks: While working for computer geeks, i noticed how dispatch takes all calls, even if they don't have techs. They promise you a best tech they have, but in reality they don't know who will take job, which they post on internet most of the time. There is no background check or what so ever being done for tech. use a local computer store near by, that's where experts are.

They charge you to fix the problems THEY cause: Computer Geeks answer the phone, arrange a time for the visit, and send someone at the time arranged. As with most computer fixers, these guys generally know what they're doing, but will also learn on the job on your buck. I was satisfied with their service, till this happened: one Geek came to fix a printing problem, and in the process changed the security settings on our computers. Because we couldn't fix this ourselves, another Geek had to come and fix the problem the first Geek had caused. And Computer Geeks charged us for the second visit. It is a nice money-maker for them.

    So I advise caution.
