HORRIBLE customer service. They made a mistake by putting the wrong picture on the wrong cookie and said they assumed this was how I wanted it due how the pictures were labeled. When we spoke on the phone (I spoke to a woman named Hilary) she told me I was being ridiculous and she had been doing this for 6.5 years. She could not do anything other than give me a credit on my next order- why in the heck would I order from there again? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE- very unprofessional and do not care for the customers. I assumed she would recieve the picture attachments as I sent them- and she assumed I wanted them in a different order. In the end, they got my money and I have cookies I can't use.

I love the way they make there cakes an the work is just great also i got a cake for a friend's birthday an he just love it.I just order other cake friend a i know everyone at the party is going to love the cake when they see it..!!!
