Great people, great service! Family trip to Disney with a 4:00 a.m. airport drop off and then a 10:00 pm airport pick up...for 11 people. The Sprinter was the perfect car with Richard as the perfect driver. When ever we need a ride we will all call on Richard at Seaport livery. Very helpful, On time, and Perfect! Thank you for helping to make our trip the best it could be.
My friends and I just recently used Seaport Livery Service after a wedding in Hull, MA. First of all the driver said he would be back in 10 minutes to come get us and left us outside of the wedding venue for an hour and a half in the rain (Hurricane Earl never mind you) and the venue had already closed so we were stuck.... then proceeded to tell us "nature-called" and that is why he was late. I'm sorry but I am your customer- I do not need to hear about your bathroom stories. On top of it all charged us $75 for a 10 min ride after we waited for an hr and half for his service in the rain. To top it all off... he called the cops on us because we wanted to pay half for the way he treated us. This was by far the worse company I have ever been referred to for livery services. I do not recommend.

As most people know, there are always two sides to every story. I would like to tell you mine. It was after midnight and pouring rain and I was picking up my clients, all 11 of them as they had booked me to do a Designated Driver Trip for them with my Mercedes Sprinter. As we were leaving, a group of people asked me to come back for them ( they had no reservation) I told them I would and I advised them what the cost would be ($60.00 plus 20% gratuity. They agreed and I told them I would be back ASAP. The clients I had on board asked to go to their car and get something before proceeding to their hotel. For the record, the wedding venue is 6 or 7 miles away from the hotel. It takes at least 45 minutes. So I dropped my clients of and returned to get the other group. On the way back to get them they called me three times while I was driving in the pouring rain. I finally said if you call me one more time I am going home instead of picking you up. When I got back to pick them up I reminded them that the cost would be $72.00. I heard some foul language and said they could get out and get two taxis instead. The lady said to take them to the hotel and she would pay me. When we arrived at their hotel they gave me $20.00 and told me that is all its worth. I don't give $20.00 cab rides in a $60,000 Mercedes Benz coach. I called the police and while waiting for the police to arrive the lady came out with another $20.00 for me. I told her she still owed me $32.00. She told me to take of before the police arrived. When the police arrived, they listened to both sides and made them pay what they owed me. As previously stated, this group of people had no reservation with me. No good deed goes unpunished.
