Patrick came to my condo and did an onsite estimate for my move. He assured me that his staff were qualified, professional and dedicated. After seeing how they operated I agreed with Patrick 100%. We had the daunting task of closing on our condo and new home within 12 hours of each other. Patrick's staff were able to arrive an hour earlier on the move out day which made all the difference. The buyers arrived prior to the scheduled time of the walk-thru and the extra hour Javier and his team provided made the walk-thru a success. I was first introduced to Brookline Moving & Storage in 2005 after they rescued me from a less reputable company. I have used them for 2 moves and since 2006 my belongings have been in storage with them - something which was not planned but has occurred as a result of health issues. I have found the quality of service they offer outstanding and second to none. If I have ever been concerned about my things then Patrick, the owner, has personally checked that everything is OK and reassured me. In addition, I have had financial difficulties that have arisen as a result of my health problems and he has been extremely understanding of my situation and has never hassled me for storage payments, always being concerned first and foremost for both me and my effects. Brookline Moving & Storage are a highly professional company. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them and I cannot recommend them highly enough for both moving and storage.
