I have loved the cuts I got at MY Salon, but gave up on them after too many long long waits, and the staff's indifference to the inconvenience of making good customers wait well beyond their appointment time. Priority is definitely given to chatting with their friends over attending to customers at this salon.

I *LOVE* this salon!! I live in JP but trek all the way out to Arlington to get my hair done at M.Y. Salon. They always give me a great cut that looks fabulous when I first get it done, and (even more important) just as fabulous as it grows out. And they are experts at coloring. My hair color always looks so gorgeous and natural, people think I'm much younger than I am. =) They also have luxurious manis & pedis, facials, waxing (and now threading!) and other spa services. But the absolute best part about M.Y. Salon is the stylists. The salon is owned by sisters who are the sweetest women in the Boston area! Seriously, everyone there (always lots of other family members around) is so nice and friendly, it just makes the experience of getting gorgeous hair even better.

I was new to the area and posted on Craigslist for recommendations of salons, someone recommended MYsalon and I am so glad! I love it there, everyone is so nice and it is such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I am glad someone recommended it because I have been going there for over a year now!
