Ruby Tuesday

I am very disappointed in this restaurant due to poor management. I had a fall from the booth in the bar area after leaving form dinner. Not one staff member helped me and I was laying on the floor and a customer helped me up. I phoned the general manager the next day and gave him my number and he never phoned me back. He said he would talk to the staff and call me back. I have not received a call yet.

I do not drink so that was not the reason why I feel. People that fall do not have to be drinking. I was seated in the bar booth because they did not have all the tables ready. My son and I got up and when I step down I fell.

I dine out about twice a month, I think, and never considered Ruby Tuesday. However, I had a very good experience at this restaurant yesterday. I cannot say if I visit Ruby Tuesday's often and this may be common, however, the cleanliness and ambiance was impeccable. The tableware was nice and the waiter, David, was awesome. He was very well-mannered and polite. Even my food portion was not overkill and I had room to order dessert. Despite the large group that was gathered in the atrium to be seated, I was seated quickly.

Also, to the reviewer that fell in or at the bar, those things happen when you drink. Stop drinking!
