Smokey Bones used to be the place to go to for ribs in Bowie. Since around October of last year, the ribs has gone downhill for me. The meat is not as good as fresh as before. We just had it last night thinking we missed having it...but it just confirmed what we thought we should have done awhile ago...look for another place for ribs. Dissappointing.

Went here day after Thanksgiving 2008. Overpriced and under-served. Ordered the rib combo with pulled pork. Ribs were dry and pulled pork was salty. Service is so slow you could just scream! I'll be eating at Famous Dave's when I'm in the area.

Good, but pricey for BBQ: The chicken platters are pretty good. However, you'll have to pay for extra sides. Most of the dishes come with only one, which is just not enough food. The cinnamon donuts are decilious.
