    Not a positive first impression on telephone: new car sales rep answered with "yep", "nope", "I don't know". Did not offer to get back with me, nor to do any research on available vehicles at lot. My new car sale will go elsewhere.

    Heidebreicht is the best dealership around. Friendly people and a laid back no pressure environment. The people in the service department are honest and fair. I will never shop anywhere else!

    All new faces AGAIN, can't seem to build a relation with service people due to the same ones are never there. Rick was a nice person, but was told by other employee he was fired???? What the heck, will start going to new dealer on 30 Mile rd, Seirra, I'd loke to find Rick.
