Didn't like the way the service treated me. I went in to have my toyota looked at for troubles. Before they took it back to be looked at I specifically asked them to check for any bad sensors. When they finally came back with the determination they mentioned nothing about the obvious problem (the sensor issue). The man never looked me in the eye and seemed unconcerned with any of my questions. I had already been waiting an hour and a half. So I paid the 85 dollar per hour labor fee and left.

purchased a car here with minimal issues regarding customer service. we bought a brand new car but because we purchased it at the end of the day, the paperwork process was very rushed, since the dealership had also closed. we needed to bring our new car back to get detailed, since it wasn't detailed at the time of purchase. the servicing/detailing department needs improvement. we waited to have our car detailed, sadly to note that it didn't look like much was done at all, other than a car wash and quick vaccum. i wouldn't mind purchasing a car here again, if i was assisted by the same salesperson, stephan. he's very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile with showing you the different cars, models, and features. He was a 10/10. However, the servicing department is questionable. I would rate their service a 5/10.

very negative car buying experience, salesperson was very pushy and was not allowed to talk to any others even after expressing dissatisfaction- they said we "don't play that way" and treated me very rudely just for saying I didn't mind if I got the first salesperson or not when I can back for my second drive. Decided on the car that my husband wanted but then was treated very badly at service department- car was missing some essential wheel/brake parts and I brought the car back with these concerns in less than a week and was told too bad- no 30 guarantee or anything like that here!!! Also, when I filled out a survey from the service department, I check that yes I would like a call from the service manager-who never called. I would never look at cars here again, I will go out of town if I ever want another Toyota.
