Everything we have ever had there has been messed up from safety deposit boxes we cancelled and we were still billed for, to our escrow accounts not paying our taxes in the tax year for tax purposes, to being charged for checks when we had an account with free checks, checks not clearing with more than enough money in the account because the manager failed to sign off on the check before 10am that day, a parent adding one of us as a responsible party on a checking accout with an old signature card, our mortgage loan officer said she would be at our homes closing to go over the paperwork and never showed and not a single phone call gets returned in the mortgage dept.
