User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey are the worst wallmart out there. Customer Services SUCKS! They are always rude. Always mess up on things. And seem to never have enough help. They are giving a bad name for the other Walmarts. I have always shopped at walmart in plainwell and started shopping at this one because it was closer. Everytime I go there something bad happens. So, now i just shop at Meijers which i hate but at least they arn't as rude and actually know whats going on in their store.

Customer service staff was rude and unwilling to help. My wife received an expensive sewing machine that my mother bought her for Christmas. My wife went to use it for the first time recently and found that a piece was missing or it was broken. We went to the customer service counter to ask what we can do about getting it fixed or where we can get a replacement part. The Staff rudely said that they wouldn't do anything. Both staff members were rude and short with my wife. The were also very unwilling to help us in anyway. I recommend shopping a block north at meijers where you get much better service for around the same price.

I had surgery and came to pick up perscriptions. I drove an omega around til perscription was ready. I'm wondering if Wal-mart is aware that the omega cannot get down clothing and purse iasles? I believe this is breaking some kind of disability law. I hope Wal-mart reads this and corrects the problem promply by having maybe district manager drive the omega around "every part" of the store to make sure the omega and the handicap can get around the store as needed. Thank you for your prompt attention on this matter!
