OMG horrible experience! The girl who cut my hair was nice and sweet. But at the counter I was chrged $5 extra for curls. Well I told her I had not been told about that and the lady says "She has to charge you, we dont work for free"! I was zapped by the rudeness. If I can spend $30 on a cut I can obviously pay $5 more! It isn't about that, its jusat that I wasn't told about extra charge. And then to be spoken to like this! I dont think they will do very much business if they dont learn how to talk to customers first!

Absolutly THE BEST salon around. It is a beautiful, comfortable and very clean place to get your hair done. I was treated fantastic, and my hair looks even better. One thing I observed was how the more "advanced" stylists helped the newer ones. When I was in there, someone who had done a bad home color job was in there and couldn't understand why she couldn't get what she wanted immediatly...I thought they handled the situation very well...I mean, come on poeple---if you screw up your own hair you can't expect someone else to fix it right away, no matter how good they are. All of my friends and family come to this salon (including a lot of the guys and kids) and we find their pricing to be fair and moderate and the staff is friendly...if someone doesn't have an answer--they'll find the answer for you!!!! As to the digrunted do it yourself person..you can't walk in anywhere when they are busy and expect them to drop everything just for you. I recommend this place to everyons---I feel like you should never color you hair at home---everyone can tell when you have box color. Yuk!!! I have also gone to the salon on campus and been treated just as good there. All in all I love these salons and will continue to go there. They are experts, with out all the snobbery. LOVE THEM!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to go -- I wasn't sure what to do with my hair when I got there, all I knew was I wanted something different. They were so helpful and the cost was within my budget. The owner was there and she answered every question without any hesitation - I have found a new place to go for my hair! Everyone has bad experiences, but I surely didn't! I'm glad I didn't read these comments before I went becuase I would have missed out on having my hair looking this good. haha :)
