Management at the downtown location was extremely rude. I won't eat at any of their locations ever again. The owner also seems fairly sleezy and dishonest, allowing underage girls into his club to get drunk. Not very professional. They didn't prepare well enough for our party, and so of coarse the night was a mess. Not a good business.
Drunken Fish! Isn't that a great name for a fantastic sushi restaurant?! They have a myriad of options on the menu, and mix some of the best martini's around town. The service is often lackadaisical, and leaves a bit to be desired.
* I previously gave this restaurant a 4-star review. I went twice last week - both times because my friends wanted to take me out for my birthday. I will simply say: choose wisely WHERE you celebrate special occasions. The staff can create a bad experience for you, and ruin an important day. The food can be great all day, but when the service makes you lose your appetite, it's not worth much.
ask for Jonah!!: first off, I have never had better service at any restaurant I've ever eaten at. Ever. Jonah, hands down, was the most knowledgeable, nicest, (cutest :p) waiter ever! I had the So roll, tasted the Dragon roll, and had the Saporo wheat beer. The only complaint I have is the music from below was sooo loud. Literally, glasses were shaking from the subwoofers below (night club also owned by Mr. So, the chef/ owner of the Drunken Fish). But it was at night, so i figure during the day, there is no problem with. The place is very modernly furnished and I fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in. Go there!
