A really amazing staff works at this location. They are so friendly and accomodating. I've never had bad service here. The bakery items are always fresh and look so appetizing. There pick 2 is a good deal and you can try different items. The soups taste homemade and have a lot of depth of flavor. You can spend hours here just relaxing with coffee and your laptop (free wifi) or talking with friends. A nice place.

The staff is so friendly and helpful... it really is all about the customer there! I always get my food in a timely manner and 99% of the time it's exactly right. The employees are always happy to go above and beyond expectations to make sure every customer is well taken care of. If an order is incorrect, they're happy to make you another one the right way free of charge. They're just so nice and helpful there. They also do catering orders and phone-ins. They can deliver your catering (Via Panera) order if you'd like. Bread Co also offers free, reliable Wi-Fi and refills on coffee. They also have espresso drinks and smoothies. I'm always impressed with Panera. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy delicious food and excellent service, St. Louis Bread Co is the place to go.
