User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this place...I go every time I'm in Winston-Salem. The panini's are delicious and they have a nice wine selection. My favorite place is the outdoor courtyard area. Certain nights of the week they will play old movies outside..great relaxed atmosphere.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSixth and Vine: I thought this place was wonderful. They have a turkey sandwich that is remarkable, and the atmosphere is comparible to a New Orleans atmosphere. I was pleased with my visit and look forward to returning. I have never written a review so that tells you this place is something to boast about.
